Weight Watchers have been helping people in the UK to lose weight for more than 35 years.

 

With the options of attending meetings, joining the online club or the "at home" option, there is a membership choice to suit everyone.

There are two choices when it comes to the food plan:

  • the NoCount™ plan
  • the POINTS ® plan

 

With the NoCount ™ plan you are given a list of foods which you can eat freely, having 3 meals a day and stopping when you feel comfortably full. Occasional treats and some snacking on fruit and vegetables is allowed.

 

The POINTS plan is a more flexible plan, with no forbidden foods. You are allocated a number of POINTS per day depending on your weight. Food is allocated a POINTS value based on the fat content and calorific value. You are free to eat whatever you like provided you do not go above your POINT limit. Extra POINTS can be earned by doing exercise and a limited number of POINTS can be carried over each day if you want an extra treat.

Fees

Group meetings

 

  • registration fee of up to £9

  • class fee £4.95 per week

  • concessionary prices available for over 60s

 

Online Member

 

  • £49.95 for first month

  • £9.95 for subsequent months

 

At home members

 

3 month course:

  • £49.85 (plus p&p)
  • £29.95 plus 2 monthly installments by Direct Debit of £9.95 (plus p&p)

 

12 month course:

  • £128.40 (plus p&p)
  • £29.95 plus 11 monthly installments by Direct Debit of £8.95 (plus p&p)

It is worth noting that there are regular special offers giving free or reduced cost registration.
